Nest4Pet Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, hygiene products) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at info@nest4pet.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and the return address (varies by supplier).
  • Ship the item back using a trackable method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
  • Photo evidence may be required for damaged items.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
